Thundercat Tacoma Concert reviews
JT is as good now as he was almost 50 years ago!
"I fell in love with him when I was thirteen, and saw him in concert as a teenager. Thundercat has integrity as an artist, put on some video but was mostly no-frills, no antics, pure musicianship. He sounded fresh and engaged, and still has a tremendous, moving voice. This was an outstanding concert. --- Bonnie Raitt is an understated master, fantastic (also no frills) performer, has one of the greatest voices around, and writes and sings some of the greatest songs. And let's not omit Bonnie Raitt! It was a treat to hear her again, and to hear her perform a few tunes with JT. I'm extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to see him at this time in my life, and his."
